Can you recommend some art (someone else's or your own) involving mysterious symbols? I'm having trouble finding good content for @glyptolite (sharing or reblogging).
I don't know of any, sorry.

Do you know Ian Miller?
The artist? Yes, I know of him.
Republic P-47D 'Carol Ann' flown by Colonel Morton 'Mogin' Magoffin of the 362nd Fighter Group during 1944. Cover illustration for Valiant Wings Publishing.
A D'Lallhen, a creature which likes to snack on dwarves and gnomes. Spot illo for my rpg-related blog. You can read about it here.
As it's Halloween, here's a Pumpkinthulhu doodle.
I updated my blog today with a new monster: the Tanglemouth. This one was actually inspired by something from another rpg - namely, the tangler grenade from Star Frontiers.
As always, this critter is statted and described in the style of the 1E AD&D Monster Manual and you can read about it here.
A Flockodile - spot illo for my most recent blog post, which you can read here.
Quick pig-faced orc sketch.
Quickish doodle of a wyvern.
After a bit of a hiatus, I've brought my blog back to life. This week's post is all about the Scroll Dragon and you can read about it here.
Concept doodle of a jet fighter.
Cover art for the latest issue of Star Frontiersman, a free zine dedicated to the Star Frontiers rpg.
A medley of critters for a Star Frontiers-related project I'm working on.
A Vine Shield. I drew this awhile ago for The Bizarre Brochure, a team project created by the OSR New Art discord channel. This is a freebie PDF containing monsters, magic items, some NPCs and a few dungeon maps. You can get it here.
A Frost Snail, cousin of the Flail Snail. Spot illo for my D&D-related blog, and you can read about this monster here.
I should point out (as people have asked) that the bloke getting a spike through his head is a dwarf. To me, D&D dwarves are just smaller, hirsute versions of humans. Or badgers in human form. I don't subscribe to the Scot-ish, pot-bellied Jackson version of them.
Runequest duck doodles.
A Golden Shrieker, a creature for D&D that was inspired by illustrations from medieval manuscripts. I updated my rpg-related blog today with some stats and a description, which you can read here.
