Happy Wintersday everyone! Part 7 of my series of building all Guild Wars 2 mounts in blocks. I love Wintersday and wanted to pay homage to the Winter Wonderland which has a Gingerbread, Snowman and Quaggan route. I might have also done it to have an excuse to put a Quaggan in this build. One challenge I faced was not knowing what to do with the horn and legs in the back. If I built them like the other side, they'd take too much space and I'd have to attach the body further from the background. Instead I opted to have a cutout for the horn and cutouts for the legs + having the legs half poke out of them. I quite like how perfectly the legs ended up fitting into the cutouts.

Part 6 of my series of building all Guild Wars 2 mounts in blocks. This is the first time I used a mechanism in my builds. My brother had gifted me the motor, and I promised him to find a way to use it, even though I barely touched technic pieces before. The roller beetle gave me a good opportunity to try it. I wanted it to look like the idle animation where it hops from foot to foot. This build went through so many changes because my initial ideas didn't work out, but I actually ended up liking the changes more :) One of them was making it Grothmar Valley themed. It was a good reminder to just keep trying with different approaches end eventually something will stick 🤗
