Have you consider doing some food challenges? I’ve seen many gainers tackle them like the dozen donut challenge, 10 burger challenge, 2 large pizza challenges, etc.
Rn just seeing how long I can sustain eating 5k+ cals a day, though I could definitely eat a dozen donuts! Maybe would consider trying the others if I had some help.

What are some “gainer milestones” that you’re really looking forward to hitting in 2026?
Passing 200lbs, Popping a button, maybe breaking a chair? What do you all think are some milestones I should try to achieve this year? ☺️
You’re definitely getting bigger. Can’t wait til you pass the point of no return 😈
What does that look like you might be wondering:
- Stretch marks that line your belly, hips, thighs, etc. like a highway system
- A gut that overhangs on your waist covering your underwear logo
- Outgrowing all your clothing (aka adding multiple Xs to your new size)
- Not being able to see your feet when you look down
- Realizing that you waddle when you walk
- Getting hard when thinking about food, when your gut brushes against object, or when you’re achingly full
-Rapidly gaining an excessive amount of weight (Say 15+ lbs) in a month
- Getting off without touching yourself (aka the fupa does all the work for you)
- Constantly being hungry and giving into your hunger every single time
- Constantly eating even when you aren’t hungry
Now some of these things may have already started to happen... good 😌
If you felt a twitch while reading this then you’re well on the path towards accomplishing all of these things. 😈
