i could really go for a nap. i just got randomly tired.
all of a sudden i got randomly tired.
underrated degrassi episode edits (3/?) ; 4.16 EYE OF THE TIGER
Baby's breath, Poinsettia, Pansy, Hyacinth & Sunflower
baby’s breath: about how many fics have you completed? eek, i don't think i've ever did, aside from one-shots. i have a hard time ending things.
poinsettia: is it hard for you to make up names for characters in your fics? no.
pansy: do you keep your blog a secret to people you know personally? yes.
hyacinth: do you prefer to write angst or fluff? angst is more fun to write.
sunflower: what is the best feedback/compliment you’ve ever received regarding your writing? once i got a review/comment from someone who said they can see this happening, like it's a movie in their mind, from the descriptions and characterization. i felt really happy when i read that one.
Victoria, Princess Royal, Crown Princess of Prussia (1840-1901), (Detail), (1863), by Albert Graefle (German, 1807 – 1889), oil on canvas, 122 cm (48 in) x 90.8 cm (35.7 in), Royal Collection

Anemone, Dahlia, Iris, Peony, Rose & Lavender
anemone: how old were you when you first started writing? i was around 14 when i started writng fic, but i used to write random orginal stories in notebooks. i don't remember much about those, i remember weird fairy tales and stuff, wee bit embarrising& cringy to think about. dahlia: what time of day/night is best for you to write? late afternoon and evenings iris: do you prefer writing about a man or a woman character? why? women, bc i am one lmao. i am the first to admit it's very challenging to write men. i do enjoy the challenge, but i don't think a man would read my stuff anyway because i feel i am terrible at writing guys! peony: au or canon? canon that's slightly altered kind of au ,what do we call that in the writing world? for instance, i'll take alot from canon events and relationships, but kind of make slight changes and then i make it my own spin on aftermaths of things. i've tried some of both. some are truly another world, but others are i guess compliant and were plausible in canon. rose: which of your works is your favorite? why? eeeh, i don't have a favorite, i have no idea bc none of them are 'finished', what i can say moment by moment you can kind of probably assume the ones that are longer may be the ones i favor bc i spend more time on them. lavender: what is the most important thing to you as a writer?
i'm not sure. the basic things like making and sticking to a or your predestined plans/outline, take a risk if you're not happy anymore with your inital plans (it's happened!) write through it even if you don't like it in other words if you hate it, just keep writing and you'll shock yourself. that reads more like advice. i guess the most important is to read your own work! which i do from time to time to see the changes in my writing/what i can improve on, proofread, ect. i am so tempted to 'fix' some of my stories grammar spelling but not the plot, but it's daunting. especially my earlier writing when i have the time.
- 💌😊thank you so much for this set of asks. feel free to send me more if you've made it down here.
