First post of my study wall. 6 days of studing folds and fabric. Copies from tobediff tumblr and @moderndayjames as well as my mirror. People have told me to draw anywhere from 5 pages a day to 90 pages a week. All deliberate studies. I didn't make it anywhere near that amount, but this is just the beginning. I want to fill this wall by next week. That'll be 56 pages total, 45 more than what I have posted here. The journey begins... https://www.instagram.com/origamirooster/p/ByoWd-Tgkm3/?igshid=10jv4hwbkivvi

Gonna be drawing kool kars. Breaking it down like @jeremyhunterart tutorials. Datsun 240z, early 70s.
20 min still life. I can't see values yet. Hopefully soon this will become easier.
It's been 2 years with this geeky mama and we're still: • laughing at our silly jokes 😆 • regularly indulging in yummy food 🍣 • feeding our book addiction 📖 • annoyingly cute 👯 • generally awesome 😎 If this is what I signed up for, then renew my subscription for many, many years. (at Buena Park Downtown)
All you can paint sushi pt 1: Garlic Edamame (at Buena Park, California)
I'm all ok with slow progress, but when it takes me an hour to crap out a disasterpiece like this it's kinda discouraging. Nevertheless, it was still fun and I'll keep practicing. (at La Puente, California)
Today's fun and sloppy plein air. Need to practice a lot more, with proper value mixing first on my list. (at Peter F. Schabarum Regional Park)
What to do, with so much time on my hands...
Trying to design a portable sketching/plein air setup for under $20. First iteration.
