Diet

Sorry for taking so much time to post this. I just wanted to point out that this diet isn’t about counting calories or restricting as much. Ideally, we must have 5 meals a day and there should be about 3 hours between each time we eat. It’s not an ana diet but I promise you all it works. I’ll be changing every week just so I don’t get bored from eating the same food every day If you’d like I can share every week as well.

Breakfast

1 cup of tea (better if it’s black or green)

1 slice of diet cheese (ONLY 1 SLICE)

1 cup of strawberry or blackberry juice

Mid-morning

1 pear or kiwi

Lunch

Lettuce salad (only add vinegar, olive oil, lemon, and salt)

6 ounces of chicken, turkey or pork tenderloin

1 corn

1 light gelatine

Lemonade with no added sugar

Mid-afternoon

1 cup of tea

3 obrits cookies (or any cereal based crunchy diet cookies)

or

1 cup of watermelon or strawberries

Dinner

6 ounces (100g) of chicken, turkey or pork tenderloin

Lettuce salad (or cooked salad)

or

vegetable soup with 1 piece of chicken

or

1 pita bread 3 ounces of diet cheese, chicken or turkey.

Important information

If you’re too hungry have 1 gelatine light.

You can use artificial sweetener for the tea.

Don’t add too much salt since it retains liquids in your body.

DRINK WATER ALL THE TIME IT REALLY HELPS LOSING WEIGHT

Don’t fall into desperation if you don’t lose 10 pounds on the first day, with the diet you’ll lose about 6-8 pounds a week and you will actually stay at the lowest weight.
