meep, rant/vent

ugh, well anyways, it's next tuesday which means i'll get plenty of recovery. it's a hilly course, so i think i should aim for a 7:30 pace. i've always been overshooting my pace goal and it discourages me sometimes.

i ran a slightly hilly course, 2.93 at a 7:22 pace and at stanford, i ran a 5k with a pace of 7:24.

plus it's by class, so if i pertain to a 7:30 pace and i work hard enough, i could possibly in the top 10 c:
