seeing others interact with animals is a really good way to get to know their character and how they treat other living beings. im really empathetic and i have a lot of anxiety and stuff so i dont really even kill bugs, like flies and shit i'll kill and like mosquitoes but i always feel a little twinge every time i do because im like oh that was a living thing whos life i cut short lowkey. but like you could NEVER take me hunting or catch me setting up a mouse trap like. absolutely not. and its interesting to see how others interact with animals because if theyre mean to them theyre a horrible person (how tf can u be mean to a living creature like wtf) if theyre scared of them its interesting to observe like i wonder what in your head makes you afraid of cats? do u have a lot of anxiety and anticipation for impact??? idk....and if they love animals marry them
