Your art style changed for the worst

This is one of my fav messages I've gotten in a while. ❤ It gave me a good laugh and reminded me just how much I love my art and really how little it matters if others like it or not. Fortunately though, I've been lucky enough that a ton of people have always enjoyed my art.

Anyways, remember y'all, your style is your own. Make it something that makes YOU happy! I don't know what stage my art was at when this ask was originally sent, and likely it was sent by someone very young (teenager-early adult), but I can say just the same, "Okay? That's nice."! I like my art, and have always been proud of it. ❤ And at no stage has it ever gotten "worse", it's just that entitled people use the interwebs and can't imagine artists changing and drawing however they wish. 🐶🤘

Are you ever going to return to YouTube? Your lover I don’t have to love map hasn’t been touched in years and you’ve wasted a lot of animators time with that.

No idea when this was sent but it's so entitled it really made me chuckle. Nevermind the hours I attempted to put that MAP together time and time again (legit 20+ times I put the pieces together) but my 10+ year old laptop physically can't handle the project and I end up with files I can't open or my entire laptop crashes. Also I haven't even had wifi in a year and a half.

Like, hey, I'd love help with the project to eventually finish it since I am unable to edit the animations together. It's a passion project of mine and many incredible artists came together to help with it undoubtably putting way more hours I to it then I have- but this message is entitled and little piss baby energy lol
