He looked down at her, clenching his jaw as he saw the pain he had caused her on her face. “I’m so sorry, Annya.” He murmured, wiping a tear from her face. “I will never leave you again, I promise.”Â
She watched him for a few moments before sinking her face into his chest again. She tried to calm herself, holding onto him as tightly as she could. “Gods, I missed you so much. Where have you been? Are you alright?” She pulled away a little to cup his cheeks, looking up into his familiar green eyes.
He held her tightly, missing the feeling of her body against his. "I missed you too, my love." He murmured into her red hair. "I..." He stopped himself from answering her question. He would not tell her the truth--not yet. "I went home for a little while. Unexpected family reunion. I'm sorry, my dear. And yes, I'm fine." He assured her with a small smile, kissing the top of her head.Â
Why?
Caoilainn had been in the kitchen, making even more food for herself. When Loki left, she couldn’t bring herself to be alone in their enormous house after a few weeks, so she moved back into her apartment, which was just as lonely now as it was before she had ever met him, and when they had been forced apart the first time. Pregnancy was horrid when you were all alone. She was either hungry or sick or curled up in a ball crying; there was literally no in between. The half elf was surprised she was able to make it through the first trimester by herself, especially with the baby as magically inclined as it was. There was always extra magic running through her, always giving hints of her child’s Jotunn heritage. But even though she was all alone, she still felt more love in the entire world for the baby within her. If it wasn’t going to be their child, then it would be her child, and she would be more than enough as a mother, she would make sure of it. Now she was four months along and definitely showing, but not so large that her bump got in the way of everything quite yet. Hearing her name, she turned, seeing the husband that had been gone for so long “L-Loki…?” Caoilainn was too shocked to cry; blue eyes went wide, trying to take in the situation. Her hand ghosted over her womb, almost as if to show him what he had missed.
The months away from her had been Hell; there wasn't a moment he wasn't thinking of her and the baby. He let his eyes take her in, running over the soft pale skin that he had missed feeling, her warm red hair, her piercing blue eyes, her pink lips, and finally, the baby. She had grown a little and it was evident she was pregnant to anyone who looked on. It brought a small smile to his lips before he raised his eyes to her. "Hello, love." He said, moving further into the kitchen. He braced himself, not sure whether she would start crying or hit him--perhaps both. "I've missed you."Â

Her lips quivered as her body shook. He was real, he was there. She let out a sob before striding toward him, landing a hard punch on his left shoulder. His right one was next as the tears flowed faster. “You left me! You knew how I felt about being alone and you left me!!” His chest next than his shoulders again several times before letting her head rest on his chest.
She sobbed, wrapping her arms tight around him. “Why did you leave me..”
He should’ve expected her violent outbreak and took the punches calmly—she had every right. “Annya…Annya, please.” He took her by the shoulders gently before she hugged him, holding her tight to his body. “I’m sorry, my love.” He murmured into her hair. “I didn’t mean to leave you. I missed you so much.”Â
Her shoulders shook as she held him. Her hair was falling out of place as she inhaled his scent, remembered the feeling of his body on hers. “Don’t you ever do that again. Gods, Loki!” She looked up at him, her eyes red as more tears came.
He looked down at her, clenching his jaw as he saw the pain he had caused her on her face. "I'm so sorry, Annya." He murmured, wiping a tear from her face. "I will never leave you again, I promise."Â
He smiled softly down at her. “I’ve been trying to keep my mind busy. I’m sorry I left you so suddenly.” He murmured.Â
“It is quite all right, we shall have plenty of time to catch up I’m sure, and you don’t have to apologize.” she said looking to meet his eyes, “Now that you are back what did you want to do first?” she asked him. “A drink or a walk so that we can talk?” she suggested.
"Yes, that sounds lovely." He smiled, offering her his arm as they walked down the street. "I didn't do much. Just needed time to clear my head." He muttered.Â
“…I apologize for my sudden leave of absence…Please, forgive me.”Â
It had been several months since she had seen the beach house. Still in proper condition, Annya felt her throat knot up lightly. The memories were still quite fresh and hard to supress. With a sigh, she walked in and stopped in her tracks.
“Loki…”
“Annya.” He said stiffly, although he wanted to run to her and take her into his arms. He knew he had hurt her, although that never was his intention. He regarded her, waiting for her next move.Â

“Well it’s pleasure to see you again My King.” Kala smiled, “I honestly can say that I have missed you immensely while you were gone.”
“I’ve missed you too, my dear.” Loki smiled, stroking her cheek gently. “How have you been?”Â
“I have been well my dear Loki.” she smiled as he stroked her cheek. “I have been staying busy the best that I could while you were away. And what about you?” she said placing her hand over his.

"Always a pleasure, Kendall. How have you been, my dear?"Â

{Important!}
Hey guys! I'm so sorry I haven't been on here in so long! But, unfortunately, my Loki muse is long gone. So, I think I'm just gonna put this on a hiatus-like thingy. BUT!!! It has nothing to do with you guys! I love you all so much! So, if you still wanna RP/keep in touch I have 2 other accounts that I'm focusing on right now: Sigyn and Rae. I really do miss you guys but I just can't summon my Loki muse any more. *cries* I'm so sorry! I feel really bad, and this is really hard for me. I don't wanna say goodbye! So...yeah. I'll be here, but not here. Maybe replies if I can muster up some Loki. Definitely will be checking for messages and stuff. I love you all!

"Poor fool, he makes me laugh." Zigor smirked, slowly pushing up his sleeve, revealing his Dark Mark. The Dark Mark is a tattoo, of a snake coming out of a skull's mouth. It meant that this man was a Death Eater, and belonged to Lord Voldemort, and him only.
"...I'm sorry? Can I help you?"Â
Expecting
“Fair enough.” He agreed. He too noticed the change in temperature and hopped out after her, wrapping a towel around his waist. “Do you need anything, love?” He asked, leading her over to the bed.Â
Caoilainn sat on the bed, bundling herself up with the hope that the baby would stop sending her cold energy. At his question, she thought for a moment. “I kind of want to go home…I would rather be there and get sick and start getting used to this…” The longer they stayed here, the quicker the information that she was with child would spread, and she didn’t want that right now. All she wanted was to have some time to be with her husband and their baby, getting used to the pregnancy together, without any interruptions.Â
He was thinking the same thing. As soon as word got out about their child, they would constantly get visitors asking to see her, and that was the last thing she needed. He sat on the bed beside her and took her face in his hands. "Alright." He nodded. "I will arrange for a carriage first thing in the morning and we can take the Bifrost home." He murmured gently, brushing a strand of hair from her face. He leaned in and kissed her lovingly, holding her close.Â
“Morning. How long was I out for?” She rubbed at an eye as she stretched in his arms.
“A couple of hours.” He answered, rubbing her back gently.Â
“I has the greatest dream.” She smiled at him as she traced his collarbone with a finger. “Probably the sweetest dream I’ve ever had.”
“Care to share?” He murmured, kissing her hair.Â
“It was our wedding day, the reception. Us cutting the cake and our first dance.” She looked up at him, her cheeks glowing. “It was amazing.”
“That sounds wonderful.” He smiled. “You hungry, love?”Â
She nodded and slipped off of him, stretching her stiff muscles. She ruffled her hair as Loki sat up. “What are ya going to make?”
He shrugged. “Whatever you’re in the mood for, love. Eggs, bacon, pancakes…”Â
“How about all three?” She smiled as she seemed to glide into the kitchen. She grabbed at her phone and checked her messages as she settled herself on the counter.
“Alright.” He chuckled and sat up with her in his arms. “Anything interesting?” He asked, nodding towards her phone.Â
“Not really, except a few texts from Adam.” She groaned as she deleted them. She blew at a piece of hair at his antics. “Boy just doesn’t quit. Have I showed you the bridesmaid dresses yet?”
He smiled, kissing her temple. "No, I haven't. But I'm sure they're beautiful. Show me." He murmured in her ear.Â
