Adam (the antichrist) likes sherbet lemon. We saw him happily eating it while he was reading, and he even put one in the reactor while he was sleeping. 

And who else was fond of this candy? Albus Dumbledore. Remember he offered it to Professor McGonagall? ("A sherbet lemon. They're a kind of Muggle sweet I'm rather fond of.")

Conclusion?

Albus Dumbledore is the antichrist!
