Little bit of perspective ...... This shot was taken from my husband’s work today; it’s a little different to what I’m used to looking at (a classroom). We all get caught up in our “struggles” - “I have it harder than you” etc etc. it all comes down to attitude. The guy in the pic is my husband’s pipe layer - he looks happy out doesn’t he? What I saw first was the dirt, the hot sun.... my husband sees opportunity. When he sees my classroom all he sees is loud teens, what I see is the future. Both tough jobs..... both important. Instead of trying out-do anyone, or think you’re better, or have it harder (oh poor me) - try appreciating and respecting each other.
