This reminds me of this interview I saw from this guy that used to be in a white nationalist group when he was younger and now spends his time getting men out of those groups. He said the funny thing about him falling for this fake comradery, role models and community these men offered was his aunties and his mother had those qualities but he was never encouraged to identify with, listen to or look up to women because if he did, in his own words, he might have never gone down that path because there were people right there that were amazing rolde model

It was interesting hearing an older man say that because really and truly if more men saw women as people that can have commonality with, the amount of people they might be able to connect to doubles but we're too vapid to understand loneliness and women don't experience pride or dignity, that's for little boys trying to kill themselves because an icky girl did better than them in school
