“Don’t be scared Fuuka. I promise this isn’t a scary place.” At least not anymore, Houka thought to herself as they traversed the underworld with her daughter. “I wanted you to meet someone very important. You’ll love them.” It took them a couple more minutes to reach the main hall where Vancuria or Nai & Mare would be.
Nai and Mae were slowly starting to get used to their home being a brighter place then it once was but they did have a few things still in mind for a slightly darker tone. As they were putting up some cool decorations they heard footsteps coming their way. Nai turned to see who of the Magirangers were coming today.
“Hello?” Nai called out
“Hello?” Mare repeated
“Hey girls!” Houka shouted out to the two. “Long time no see. Fuuka, meet Nai and Mare.” She tried to push the little one from behind her legs. “Aren’t they pretty?” Fuuka cautiously nodded. “Ah, sorry. She’s still a little hesitant about magic and magical beings. But you both have really made this place look amazing!”
“Houka!” Nai yelled as she ran over to hug the pink ranger
“Houka!” Mae called and followed her other half
“We have been good and thanks! it was a mess earlier.” Nai said as she felt proud in the decorations
“A mess earlier.” Mae agreed
“We are happy to meet you Fuuka-chan!” Nae said as she bent down to smile at Fuuka
“Fuuka-chan!”
Fuuka’s expression went from scared to cautiously optimistic. She stayed between Houka’s legs but she also managed a quiet hello.
“What happened earlier? I hope there wasn’t any trouble. You know I can help right. A quick spell ought to straighten this place right up at any time.” Houka insisted. “I’d be happy to lend a hand.”
Nai waved Honoka’s concerned off. “It’s fine.. Just got a little busy and no time to clean up.”
“Clean up.” Mae said coping Nae.
“Although it is great to see you again! And your daughter is adorable!”
“Adorable!”
