We know how he looks in Dib’s dreams, but in real life he’s a giant mummy hidden in some far planet and connected to the most ancient “control brain”. It’s a corpse but not entirely dead, just succumbed to a deep slumber and for the sake of the universe he might not be waken up.

The first pic was inspired by some of those Backrooms fanarts but it also has some hidden lore 👀 (oh yeah and we cannot talk about the forth one yet 🤐)

In regards to meeting you for Crossed Wires I had a really weird, maybe silly question and I truly want to avoid embarrassing myself for the future.

Do you wish you had more meet and greets with you and RQ employees?

I ask because I don't really find any videos or photographs of you meeting fans online and it just makes me wonder if you enjoy it or allow your interactions to be posted on the internet.

IM GENUINELY CURIOUS

If its a personal thing, or maybe accessibility thing like making appearances and having time for them, I don't expect that you should make appearances for fans and be forced to make content for fans.

Please ignore if too personal! I'm also just more afraid of being completely awkward during our meeting. Thanks and can't wait!

Hey! I have also noticed there aren't many pics of me online as you would expect. Partially its because I avoid promo-shoots like the plague (I am not a fan of my own appearance and feel ridiculous doing them) but I also suspect fans take less pics with me in general. My current theory is that I don't look enough like the character Martin to be fun and @jonnywaistcoat is the more interesting subject for a reel because, well, look at him, he looks so... authory. For the record though: I am always happy to meet fans (in appropriate settings) and fine for (respectful) images to be posted online (no nipslips or feet pics plz!) Honestly, go for it! I actually don't do as many fan events as I would like but that's because if I attend too many personally it messes with production timelines both due to general time cost and also because there is a neurodivergence thing at play for me. I present gregarious but I do have to ration my people-time or I get burnt out. After something like MCM I am always a bubbling mess of uselessness for like a week afterwards and while there's nothing inherently wrong with being unproductive now and then I have responsibilities I can't abandon so I have to be a bit tactical about it. In terms of the video you mention, I make jokes about being a joyless, reclusive hermit to make light of this situation. @martyniiii is one of my oldest and closest friends who has supported me through some rough times and so he knows it's okay for him to joke about and I lean into the bit. When I say "don't meet your heroes" I don't mean to imply I hate people or have some dark horrendous secret. I just mean that whether I'm asking for someone's autograph or giving it, I suspect I may be a deeply underwhelming to meet in person!
