being a football fan is different than being a fan of a band or a tv show etc because ur football club doesnt finish like theres no end to it as opposed to a band for example, like they would break up and it would be done, but with football its forever. ur ancestors were (probably) supporting a team ur now supporting and ur children will also do the same and it would just pass on from generation to generation, and i think thats beautiful
