This week I've been sheep farm sitting and had access to a big propane grill! It all started with craving simple baked potatoes and the memory of spicy butter I had with some baked potatoes and really good ribs with my sibling in Belgium one time. So I made a compound butter nicknamed #SpicySpuds. I did make a rack of ribs indoors in the oven while the food grilled and that turned out pretty dang good! I used a coffee spice dry rub overnight for it. For the grill, I did veggie skewers with some sad portabella caps needing to be used, a rainbow of bell peps, and onion. Plus sirloin steak kabobs marinated in lime juice and basic seasonings yummm. My girlfriend helped with all of the prep and made their signature asparagus WITH PARM! We had a friend and my sibling over to eat! Oh also, not pictured, was the whole grill set up, just imagine it's 8pm and kinda dark, I'm using a big farm flashlight to see the food on the grill while 3 hungry dogs bark outside by the fence (I fed them their usual hotdogs after cooking) and lots of sheep and a turkey gobbling in the background. Plus the spring peepers are starting to come alive!
