Parasitization :Upon physical touch,the target's power will be forced to be activated and it will keep working until its holder's energy is drained or until the target's energy is depleted.Sometimes it could mean death for the target.
Setbacks:Only physical touch with the target's skin would work,meaning if the user made physical touch with the clothing nothing will happen.Also,parasitization cannot be deactivated,one accidental physical contact could lead to disaster.
Supernatural Accuracy:The user has ability to have drastically better accuracy than what is naturally possible.There's a 0.0000001% for the user to miss the target when using the power,making it very useful.
Setbacks: The user will go blind for a solid 10 minutes,sometimes even longer after using it.
Emotion manipulation: Seto can change someone’s emotions to whatever they want them to be. The change lasts about 1-2 hours.
