body goals: the healthiest version of myself
Food has NO moral value.
Eating healthy food doesn’t make you a good person, and eating fun foods doesn’t make you a bad person.
Here’s the bottom line, healthy living is a lifestyle, not a 30 day challenge. Don’t overthink it. Eat moderately well, workout a few times a week, and get enough sleep.

My simple diet-rules are:
Drink a lot of water or green tea (no sugar)
Eat a lot of fruits and veggies (low fat and low cal)
Quit with elaborated food (I PROMOTE NATURE ✿)
Workout 3-4 times per week. (you can search exercises on youtube)
If you’re lazy, 30 min walking every day ARE ENAUGH TO LOSE WEIGHT.
Keep yourself motivated and be enthusiastic about your healthy choices!
Friendly reminder:
Health looks different for everyone.
If drinking a Diet Coke in the morning stops you from getting a 500 calorie Frappucino, then do it.
If your mile takes 17 minutes to complete, complete it.
If you love meat, eat it. If you’re vegan, get that plant-based protein.
Do what is best for your body at the pace that you can handle.
There is no wrong way to be better and you will not be perfect overnight.
Keep failing until you fly and I’ll be cheering for you every step and stumble along the way.
