The Hangover Burger is the best comfort food for when you feel down in the morning. A juicy beef patty, crispy bacon, a perfectly fried sunny side up egg, and a golden hash brown make up this burger. It's served on a toasted bun. It has just the right amount of flavors and textures to satisfy your hunger.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of bacon. 4 eggs. 4 hash browns. 4 slices of cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking oil for frying.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. While the grill is heating, season the ground beef with salt and pepper, and shape it into 4 burger patties. Place the bacon slices on the grill or griddle and cook until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Cook the burger patties on the grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese to each patty and allow it to melt. While the burgers are cooking, heat some cooking oil in a separate pan over medium heat. Fry the eggs sunny side up until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. In another pan, fry the hash browns until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted. Assemble your hangover burger: Place a burger patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a crispy hash brown, a sunny side up egg, and a slice of bacon. Place the top half of the bun on top. Serve your hangover burgers hot and enjoy!
