you know the drill. give this post a like if you’re interested in plotting or discussing some possible relationships   (  platonic  /  romantic  /  enemies  /  unhealthy friends with benefits  /  etc  )   between your character and tsu. 

tsu currently has 2 main verses to choose from:

▸   canon verse !          this verse   (  for the most part  )   follows gaiden + bsd canon. it is subject to change since there currently isn’t a full eng translation of gaiden, so i’m uncovering things as i go along. if you’re unfamiliar with gaiden, i outlined some plot points HERE and you can always ask me any questions that you may have. :3

▸   spy verse !          this verse revolves around tsu being a 007-esque spy for the special abilities devision of the gov. more info can be found HERE. just note that this verse includes mentions of murder and character death. if dark  /  twisted themes and unhealthy relationships aren’t your cup of tea, then this verse is not for you. 

▸   bonus round -  let’s talk group verses !          i’ve done this in the past where certain threads  /  interactions between different partners just seemed to organically align and eventually developed a group verse between 3+ people. unless otherwise stated, the group verse wouldn’t be limited to whoever was originally involved and mutual partners would be able to join in later on if their character fits into the established plot line.

𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄, rubbing the growing vein in her forehead, the thought crosses her mind that she might have been better off taking her chances with potentially bleeding out while being pursued by that ability user with the faulty memory.     ❛   You hoard bandages like a squirrel hoards nuts !   ❜     The hand drops, flailing about in front of her for emphasis as she points to the many, many spots she knows are filled to the brim.     ❛   You could probably mummify every person in Yokohama AND Tokyo with the stockpile you’ve amassed.   ❜     

Of course, her dramatics are no match for his own   ──   and while he slinks to the floor like some American actress on a staircase in a 1940s film, she takes that as her cue. Planting her 120mm stiletto pump   ──   the ones with the thin metal heel and hidden blade in the sole. her favorite.   ──   on his chest, she moves towards the door. And if, on her way, she happens to dig her heel in as her weight shifts back   ──   well, consider it a parting gift to cover with his beloved bandages. 

 ❛   Next time, I’m eating your canned crab. ALL of it.   ❜     

And when that time comes, Mizuki makes good on her promise . . .   munching on the crab while she and baby shadow wrap his futon, his table, the doors, the windows, the tatami, even his sake bottles in the bandages she bought to replenish his stock.

As recompense, she flashes her partner a radiant smile, all the while stealthily inching her fingers closer to his own.     ❛   I’m here in an off-the-record official capacity, so if anyone outside the agency comes asking about why I came here today   ──   I brought you lunch.   ❜     Once his hand is within reach, she hooks her pinky finger around his own.

“ it’s fine, it’s fine. at least the house didn’t get that dusty –i probably would’ve left it to rot with myself inside, if it was for me. ” runaways they both were, after all, with only difference being mafiablooded osamu’s pitiful existence being elongated almost mockingly by death’s dancelike avoidance even whilst bits and pieces of overcoat’s poison still dared coursing through veins of broken divine, his head barely betraying a wince whilst making steps into dust and misuse coated abode, halfblind gaze to wavy turquoises easily recognized in pathetic smirk.

as if that was indeed enough for world ‘round him to stop turning and spinning ( it wouldn’t ), as if it’d fix everything and bring world’s order to one more step back from total disaster –quickly so, so he could return to deathseeking routines and nightmares and nothing being able to drown it all. “ bandages can be always bought, there’s always some special offer, uh, nearby. ”

𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐓 𝐔𝐏 𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 begins to disperse, shoulders visibly sagging as she releases a breath she hadn’t realize had been stuck in her throat since she first set eyes upon him.  There’s something about his phrasing that makes her wonder, bright eyes narrowing ever so slightly   ──   but the former agent soldiers on, relying on something resembling their usual banter to find a foothold after all this time apart.     ❛   That explains the mouse I saw scurrying out of the closet. Thought you might be entertaining rodents again.   ❜     The words are punctuated by a lop-sided curve of her lips, almost mirroring his own   ──   but there’s no bite. None of the trademark sass she had once wielded whenever she caught him slacking on the roof.  

What happens next, she chalks up to finding comfort in the familiar. After months . . .   (  no, it had been over a year now, hadn’t it ?  )   . . . of being a ghost, never haunting the same dilapidated motel twice, seeing a familiar face is akin to building a fire to stave off the cold.  

And to see his face   ──   well, misery always did love company she could resonate with.
