Hiya tumblr it’s been a while lol.
It’s emergency bat signal time. I’ve been living in a hostel environment for the past year. 1 roommate very sweet and calm but too kind and 1 roommate (her boyfriend) very angry, mean, inappropriate, heavy drug user plus a extreme hoarder and hasn’t paid anything this whole time.
But now my lease is up and have been searching and I’m 90% sure I got the place I looked at today. But to secure the spot I’m short around $450 for the deposit. Luckily I don’t need it until the 24th. But unfortunately I’ve been working on my budget spreadsheet and I’m like another $800 short for first month rent and to get the keys but again I’m still lucky because that total isn’t due until the 6th of next month.
