If you don't wanna talk one day be it you're nonverbal, or have low energy, or just don't want too, your f/o gets it. If you slowly go nonverbal throughout the day, your f/o wouldn't demand you talk or try to force you to say anything. If you can talk through other means like cards, writing, texting, or something else they'll happily respond to you that way. If you can't though, that's fine too and they get it truly. Whatever the case is, they'll be there for you, and if you need something they'll go get it for you. Your comfort means everything to them
