Hello! Quite a few posts about the AU have stacked up so I thought I'd make a master post to keep it at least somewhat orderly!

PREMISE:
Isabeau is the one stuck in the time loop. Simple as that. Gets to experience all the horrors for himself.
The AU is focused on Isabeau slowly loosing his positivity and seemingly unending patience, and focuses on his more calculative and reserved side.
Unlike Siffrin, he does not go manic, he becomes cold, blunt and distant.
NOTE THAT THE AU CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE WHOLE GAME, INCLUDING ACT 6/ TWO HAT SPOILERS.

Sharing my fanart of @oobbbear 's AU because my followers don't know yet that I have fallen deep down the Undertale AU rabbit hole (again) and have been unable to get up
Anyways, I started drawing Swap cause I wanted to give him a sick ass hammer, but then I just. Kept drawing him.
And I put in my own headcanons here that his scar got him infected and that's how he went to the red spark :]c
Yes the infectee would be Killer in this case
And just putting a few cleaner versions here, I was especially happy with these two drawings so I wanted to separate them...

STARTING WITH....
Mopmop! Pompom's evil twin. A lot of these doodles are just our unserious theories, or goofing about, and this is one of them. As we were theorizing who the picture could be off (before we saw a snippit of it) and made a joke theory about evil twins, and just smashed the two together.... Rose and Mop... bffs..... Rose be out here making friends with anyone/j
Uhhhh then we have the DRM-GRL-ifcation of my OCs. The blue bunny fella I commissioned Tawny for (so I didn't draw em), and the fire wolf girl I drew myself, cause i really wanted to play more with the fire and wolf motifs of her character.
I also have more art of the gang. Main Trio my beloved.
And then we have some of my fan designs for random girls hehehe. Ry was my first one cause I just got so excited and wanted to make one, the next one we joked about a concrete girl and I was struck with a vision, and the last two just kind of spawned
But these three here... These three I instantly grew attached to
Cause I accidentally made all of them music themed, and so I had to put them together...

I end up making them form a little band called Ray Struck!!!
Sunny is mostly the face of the band, she's the main person who appears in videos, preforms for the band, so on.
Bolt is the main lyricist and hard vocals, most charismatic in public, does well on stage.
And Dove is more so the producer. She's the one who puts all the footage and sounds together and the one who makes it sound good, but she is not in the public eye much.
I imagine their music has a similar duality to Electric Cowboys type beat, you know? Real smooth, catchy, groovy, and then it hits you in the fuckin face
And also a little familiar face ends up joining the band... Ry ends up making their set design, any props they need, while she gets to learn music on the side...
The girls have their own arcs they gotta go through - Dove learns to express herself more openly and discovers more about herself, Sunny finds her courage (she is anxious, but through the stability of friends she becomes more confident), and Bolt learns to open up and be vulnerable.
Spealing of Bolts arc tho...
You guys should know what brand of characters I like by now (smiles on the outside, uh oh on the inside)

It all started with me wanting to pin the blorbos against eachother... Again, we know my type of character, Sherbet was obviously the winner for me, carrying on - I was just wondering how they'd interact...
Cause Roboro is hostile if you're hostile towards it, and Sherbet isn't exactly tactful... Sherbet is looking for a fight and Roboro is having none of it...
^ Tawny's art, it's so good, keep bullying that plant it's my favorite thing
But anyways, I counteroffered.... mentorship.... The only way Roboro would agree to a fight with a literal rage-baiting teenager is if it was to show the proper way to fight, to mentor, to teach.
Isa and Roboro were defenders and have the most proper training out of anyone on their team (even if Odile has tricks up her sleeves she is quite old)
And that mentorship lead...

I think my favorite thing about your au is the idea of stupid (affectionate) touch starved siffrin suddenly having two very tall loving partners that want to put him in their lap.
Ah, so you think Isabeau escapes Bad Touch without permanent issues. That's cute.

Happy anniversary In Stars and Time.
As a celebration I will draw something that is not the actual narrative of the game!
Anyways, you guys haven't seen them in a hot minute, so let me drop backlogged art for you

The official refs for the post loop outfits you haven't seen! These are like. A solid 7 years post loops, everyone is quite a lot older
I just thought about when they finally start feeling closer, how they'd protect the other in their own way. Their titles were different after all.
A tiny detail about Roboro's design that I don't think many people noticed.
I also think this one is vitally important to bring up. Isa Post Loops is generally quite anxious around Roboro, even if they, in turn become a lot softer to him in comparison. You are your own worst critic, and having a version of yourself you KNOW is willing to call out all your bullshit and insecurities- it's stressful.
I must reiterate that Isa isn't this anxious around anyone else in the family, as well that Roboro needs to make it clear that it was in the wrong for being so cruel to him.
No matter the timeline, you don't put the sweaty guy in the sweaty season.
Questioning the Fashion Choices of your Clone.
Roboro playing an instrument called the Theorbo (I have so much about this, it needs it's own post)
Isabeau expressions at different points post loops (as soon as days after, to as late as a decade later)
A mild doodle of Roboro enjoying the sunlight for the first time in recent memory.
Lastly, and leastly, an official Roboro ref sheet in all of their stages.
A lot of these I was just waiting until I had enough of a backlog to make a post specifically dedicated to this aspect of the Post Loops story, but I still want to draw Roboro's relationship with everyone else. There is so much to it and I simply haven't sat down to do it.
Its relationships with everyone is so important to me.
But as I mentioned I might post the Theorbo stuff by itself, and that has a fair amount of development between Isa and Roboro post loops.
I also have some other absolutely unhinged concepts, that I can't even begin to think how I'm gonna present them to you guys in an understandable context.
For now, I just hope this is proof enough that I still think about these guys and I WILL get back to you on them <3

The colors are simple but the slight red and blue hues are so satisfying to look at. The lineless drawings are also so good...
The way you draw Isabeau is also so charming- But it's a given, it's Isabeau- AND I'M LOOKING AT THE WAY YOU DRAW ROBORO SO HARD OH MY GOD!!!! THE CHUBBY BUILD GIVES ME SO MUCH JOY!!! And I adore how you did its leaf stubble, very nice shape to it- And the white dandelion looks so incredibly soft I need to squish them so bad.
AND I KEEP CACKLING AT THE "First I loled, then I serioused" I CAN'T, THAT CAPTRUES THAT ONE COMIC I MADE SO WELL AHAHA

It's so hard to grasp that it's been 10 years, this game feels like it kickstarted my life in a way, so I hope I did it some justice with this (even if I wanted to do more honestly)
I can talk for ages about what this game means to me and how wonderful it was to be a part of it's community- but you've heard it all by now, I just wanted to show my passion for it!
Special shout out to InstrumentManiac's Undertale cover with a 100 participants for making be bawl my eyes out about this game and singlehandedly reminding me of all the good in the world, and inspiring this piece.

The way I formatted the drawing just felt like it could lend itself to wallpapers- Some are better executed than others but I didn't wanna leave anyone out!
There was 3 sketch phases and 3 render phases.... the render phases took me like.... 40+ hours I think....... I underestimated how much painting everything would take......
This year was the first time that the message of "Despite everything, it's still you" truly hit me.
When I first experienced the game I was too young to have a "me" I could be in spite of "everything."
I had truly just started feeling like a person in the first place. And while I understood why people had such a strong reaction to it, a show of surviving all the struggles and changes, I couldn't really relate to it in any personal way.
Until this year.
I was always aware that this kid was somewhere in me, I recognize the growth they've experienced, the new friends they've made, in a way they couldn't have imagined... I knew my old interests, my struggles, my art- But the way I remembered that kid was always distant. I thought of her only as my worst days, that I've been able to grow past, that I don't have much in common with her anymore.
But for a few months now- I've been revisiting my biggest fixation from when I was young. Undertale. And in my revisiting of the original source media, of the fandom, the good, the bad, the AUs, the passion and love and creativity-
I have come to realize that I still love this game, in a way just as strong and passionate as I did before.
Obviously it's not the exact same way, I understand the characters better, I'm not as tunnel visioned (I am so sorry for what we did to you Sans), and I am not a hormone driven teenager anymore.
But my joy and excitement- It's as powerful as I remember it. I see people showing their love for this game, even the "cringe" sides, the AUs and all, and I am so insanely happy every time I see celebration of the creations we have made.
Yes it's rough around the edges, yes it has unpolished writing, but we were people making things, coming together and showing our love not just for this game, but for each other. And to show all that through art- It really gets to me man.
So 10 years later, I am once again enjoying multiverse content of Undertale, and I had to face that girl inside me again.
And I had to realize that it wasn't me who changed throughout these years. I just got the space to grow into someone I can be content with.
My peers, my friends, my partner, my family, my occupation, my interests. It all helped develop me into who I am today. Letting me have the space to grow that I didn't have when I first found this game.
It wasn't always easy, obviously, it still isn't- But thinking back, I didn't have those things that welcomed me before.
And that kid? The openly cringe, excitable, passionate, artistic kid? The one that wasn't accepted like I am now? She didn't leave like I thought she did. I've been her for years. Openly. And I've been fortunate enough to feel safe being her for years. For her to be loved as she is, flaws, struggles and all.
I can't thank all the people who helped me get here. But I hope she can be proud of who we've become.
