Overhead squats make me look fat!!! I’m still working on my form a ton as I get better at Olympic lifts but I’m loving it! This is by far the single hardest exercise type workout movement I’ve ever done. Don’t try this unless you have a good coach to make sure you don’t hurt your back and shoulders…Also don’t eat your kids left over tacos at 11pm at night so when you post pictures of yourself at the gym on the internet your gut looks like the place they held the #cincodemayo celebration for the country of Mexico. #crossfit
