I finally have the gumption to delete the blog I’ve been running since I was eighteen (I’m almost twenty five)

My plan is to split the little time I still spend on tumblr between a blog used entirely to collect inspiration and post new artwork, and a personal blog I already plan on barely updating.

Shrugging off disaster is now common practice. Scratching our heads with the answers at our feet. Tragedy wields impassivity wields complacency wields normalcy. Semi-automatic apathy. We’re just simply pulling the trigger. There’s no scapegoat. We’ve accepted that human life is disposable.

It seems that every couple of months there’s a mass shooting in America, however how many times it happens there’s no reform on gun control. We’ve sat back for almost two decades accepting that this is a normal event in our lifetime as excuse after excuse and finger pointing has gotten us literally nowhere for 16 years.
