SM Stationery Art Fest

Art Fest was an event held at SM Megamall by SM Stationery during April 13-17. There lots of art supplies, and also workshops by different artists. I was really planning to go there when I first saw a post about it but I was thinking twice because...broke. And then while I was scrolling around Instagram, I saw that iFex was running a contest to win free passes for Ate Abbey Sy’s workshop on the 16th. I told myself “okay, let’s try. It’s okay if I will lose but much better if I will win.” So I posted my entry and they announced the winners before the day of the workshop and I won!

The day of the workshop, I thought it was really like workshop workshop like they will do a demo or a short talk then they will let us do our thing etc. So I thought, how will they do that in one hour? What I did is I just listened to Ate Abbey’s demo.

And then after that, signing. I made Ate Abbey sign my (her) ABC Postcards! This was the second time I met her #blessedt haha. I asked for a picture on one of the photographers there because I though they’re the official photographers of the event and thinking they will post the photos on facebook, but until now they haven’t and I think they will not post them anymore huhu, I didn’t get to ask Ate Abbey for a picture on my phone.

Then I went home with these. R.I.P. concert funds

Visited Aguinaldo Shrine in Kawit, Cavite to do our research paper.

It was cool, it’s my first time to commute that far only with my classmates. The shrine doesn’t have an entrance fee, the tour guide toured us all over the entire house from first to 6th floor (I’m not sure if it’s 6th or 7th”) and showed us the secret passages inside the house. All worth it.
