Something about two people who have every reason to be broken finding each other and giving each other the love, care, support & inspiration to be better for not only themselves but for each other and now their baby.

Stella was an orphan turned addict in an abusive relationship. Kelly had poor parents who put him through his fair share of trauma before even reaching the age of 18. He was an addict and experienced an unprecedented amount of loss back to back from Andy to Shay to the events that happened with Katie, then Benny.

ALL ODDS STACKED against them screaming it shouldn't work. They shouldn't have found each other, but they did. They found each other and are committed to LEARNING to do things a better, healthier way. Not perfect by any stretch of the imagination but open and willing to learn from their mistakes while committing to never making some.

I'll take THAT over any picture-perfect love story any day. Happy anniversary to my perfect ship.
