the cabs concert was amazing. I feel so lucky to have been here and heard their new song performed live. They’re truly back!

Traveling up to the bay again for band practice on Saturday. It's so nice to have something to focus on musically again. It's been a lot of fun so far. Hopefully I'll have some songs to share soon.

I shaved off my facial hair for the first time since all the weight loss and I am still trying to adjust to it. I will probably just grow it back and never attempt it again, though others say it looks fine. Things like sleeping on my pillow last night felt so different with the direct skin contact lol.

I'm 33 today! I feel a lot better today than I did a few years ago, so it's not all downhill as I approach my twilight years. I also have a lot to look forward to this year (Japan trip where I'll see the cabs and other travel, making music), so I'm feeling hopeful.

Got a ticket to the toe 25th anniversary show in Japan. Between that, the cabs show, and seeing old friends, it's shaping up to be a great trip.
