timeline recap: hei is of a generation a little younger than ka*kashi & co. and their base verse is set pre-uchiha-massacre when both their teammates are still alive. the first timeskip verse for hei would be fast-forward to young nar*uto making the cut for team 7 by which time hei is a jounin. the second timeskip verse is set for shipp*uuden era during which hei will begin to reconcile with various estranged family members ( though also fail to reconcile for good with a handful of other family members ). lastly, during the blank period, hei will eventually take up the mantle as fujiwara clan leader given their aptitude for the clan's specialized jutsu and the circumstance that many other qualified members died during the war.

brief living situation recap: the main home of the fujiwara clan is NOT located in konoha - it's more of a solitary compound near a non-shinobi village. HOWEVER, fujiwara clan members have a long tradition of cooperating with the leaf and are generally called upon when advanced barrier ninjutsu is specifically needed for an occasion. some select individuals have been granted permission to mingle with konoha's population and pursue an 'official' ninja career there. these people are usually of lesser standing within the clan; negligible, so to say. ( one can conclude from that circumstance alone that moving off clan premises is frowned upon ).

hei's living situation specifically: hei has chosen to move into a small apt in konoha and become an 'official' shinobi of the leaf around age 10. though it may not seem like it, their standing in the fujiwara clan is fairly high and, hence, they were faced with outrage regarding this decision. hei is not on talking terms with most members of the fujiwara clan and enjoys freedom in konoha as is.

BODY TYPE.   lean frame, defined body - espec. upper back. HAIR.   red, long, chaotic. EYES.   reddish-pink. SKIN.   tanned, somewhat coarse, w/ occasional thin scars. HEIGHT.   168 cm.

PHYSICAL PROWESS.  relies heavily on long- to mid-range ninjutsu and archery. quite decent at taijutsu, however will avoid it by default as physical energy reserves are required for certain techniques and should not be depleted carelessly. SPEED.   not a fan of unnecessary motions; will begrudgingly dodge if absolutely required. excels at speed bursts, but loses out in matters of consistent, long-term pacing. OTHER.   the fujiwara clan is known for their versatile use of barrier jutsus, putting the focus of their techniques largely on protection and support. hei is well-versed in the clan’s traditions, however favors a tad more aggressive approach to using those clan techniques.
