Pls consider: Phoenix opening the dressing room door to show Miles his new suit and waistcoat. “So,” he says nervously, “what do you think?” Miles gets up. He calmly walks around, giving the suit an appraising look. Then he grabs Phoenix by the tie and slams him against the wall. Phoenix squawks. The dressing room door flies shut. Bonus if there's an obvious ripping sound and then a panicked Phoenix yelling "MILES I HAVEN'T PAID FOR THIS YET" (BTW I absolutely love your art, you are incredible!)

There's so few times where Edgeworth praises Phoenix in the series, that I think when it does happen Phoenix just kinda rides that high for the few months or until it happens again, so maybe Edgeworth complimenting Phoenix and Phoenix just being a dumb grinning fool as time passes I dunno, bonus if it's murmured praise in the bedroom, I dunno, hide me in my flustered shame

I don’t remember the exact words in the game, but I guess this is what it feels like being praised.
