To me, it’s about maturity. You can take responsibility for your own outcomes and do the work necessary to achieve them. You may fail, but at least you have your self respect. This is Capitalism. Or, you can be a whiny little baby and believe the beautiful lies that will lead to a barbaric slavery. This is Socialism.
People aren’t literally dying to get out of Socialist/Communist dictatorships because it’s so great, folks.
At least people learn from their mistakes and improve… unless you have the mentality of a socialist/commie then you remain a failure and only repeat failing ideas because it is easier to point and blame others for their success and demand to have a slice of their rewards.
