Every contributor has worked so hard on this beautiful zine that will be free to view and download on the 28th!

Hello everyone! Here with an update regarding the zine and I'm happy to say that final submissions are being made and everything looks so amazing. Apologies for the radio silence...artists, writers, and mods have been super busy! We're currently aiming for a release date of June!
The zine will be released on itch.io and donations will be donated to one of three charities!

Favorite Thing About Shadamy?
The absolute potential of it. Because of the tumultuous nature of the franchise, there is so much potential in each iteration of Shadow and Amy. There's no right or wrong answer, you can just pick any Shadow or Amy and easily find a way for them to fall for one another. It's so fun, I love it.

Favorite Thing About Shadamy?
Shadow and Amy are opposites, but they click where it counts: They’re stubborn, fierce, and emotional. Shadow is guarded, his love for Maria steady and unweavering, and Amy is open, expressive, and shaped by her bonds with friends and past love. I love imagining Shadow seeing her honesty as a strength and Amy accepting his distance without trying to change him. I see it as a slowburn, headstrong dynamic, that is full of tension and care, and it resonates with me a lot.

Favorite Thing About Shadamy?
My favorite thing about Shadamy is the grumpy sunshine type of dynamic they could have! Sonic/Amy is great and all, but there is way too much "please chase me," that gets a little old. Shadow's dynamic is much more calm and more open to introspection than Sonic, which is a more emotionally mature way to approach others.

Heya! I'm Nova (He/They), I'm a digital illustrator and I've been drawing since as long as I can remember. I have a lot of interests and enjoy showing such through fanarts of my favorite media. Sonic being one of my oldest ones, I was introduced to it through the Sonic X anime and have been obsessed ever since.
Favorite Thing About Shadamy?
I would say when Shadow gets to explore softer sides about himself and let loose. They have more in common that one would expect so it's charming to see him navigate things with the same stony face while Amy is the most delighted to have his company, excited to show him even more things he'd enjoy.

What draws me to this pairing is definitely the strong chemistry between Shadow and Amy. I particularly enjoy the contrast between their personalities, combined with the fact that they can share similar enjoyments and interests. Together, they become a satisfying balance between difference and similarity.

Favorite Thing About Shadamy?
Amy is my 3rd favourite character, but holds a special place in my heart. When I think of what i like about their dynamics, I mostly think of Amy and her character. I like imagining it as a way of her finding herself, as well as their backstory and universe giving some really fun spins. You could sum it up to enjoying opposites attract, I'm never good at explaining my ships in a broad sense. I think the best way to explore them is by moments that could be. I'm sure everyone else could explain it in a broad conception more. That's why I'm not a writer.

I’m a sucker for grumpy x sunshine — especially when the grumpy one is secretly a softie and the sunshine one has a hidden edge. Shadow and Amy seem like opposites but they’re two halves of the same coin. They complement each other so well, inside and out!

Hi, I'm Willow (They/She)! I've been hanging around on the fringes of the Sonic franchise for some time, and decided to hop back in recently. I've been drawing for pretty much my whole life, and love to work with traditional art like watercolors, as well as various other crafts. Favorite Thing About Shadamy?
My favorite thing about Shadamy is how they meet a sort of 'opposites attract' trope. Both in appearance and personality. A bubbly character paired with a more somber one has always appealed to me no matter what the genders are, and Shadamy really fits the bill.
