ok so hear me out on this one

i think i figured out a in universe reason for why there are giant strawberries and lots of over grown vegetation on the battlefield

i believe this was caused by roses tears after the war. she cried for her friends that were shattered there

1) garnet explaining how bad it was 2) gems and humans were killed there, her friends and the people she just wanted to protect 3) “she felt real love for those around her and she felt real sorrow when they were hurt” 4) roses powers involving plant life 5) in pearls flashback there was no overgrown plant life on the battlefield so it had to happened after
