Alex sighed and glanced around the area, relaxing a little when he saw no one. “I mean, I am a guard, it’s my job to be guard like.” He answered with a small grin.

Rosie shook her head. “But you shouldn’t be guard like around me.” She softly smiled. “Do you want to go up to my bedroom? I’m sure you could get someone to cover for you.”

"But if I wasn't a guard around you and someone saw, I could be in huge trouble." Alex told her. "I would love to, but this shift ends in half an hour, do you think you could wait that long?"

Rosie was roaming the castle doors, frolicking and meandering around the place saying hi to the guards and some servants as she made her way to a small secluded place where she saw Alex, one of the guards around the castle. “Hi Alex.” She smiled, pressing a soft kiss to his lips.

Alex was on the part of his rounds where all he was doing was guarding the grounds and nothing exciting ever happened. That is until the princess turned the corner and greeting him with a kiss. He tried to keep a straight face but let a corner of his lip turn up. “Hello princess.”

Rosie wrapped her arms around him and smiled. “How’s my favorite guard?” She asked, pulling herself closer to him.

Alex remained in his guard stance and though he wanted to wrap his arms around her, he knew he couldn't. "I'm fine, and how's my favorite princess?"

Alex stood waiting until she arrived with who he assumed was Roberto. “I think the boy you’re looking for went into the bathroom to talk with his boss since he pulled out a phone when he went. I hope you’re at least capable of retrieving him since you obviously can’t watch a fucking drink.”
