i am struggling so so much right now. the heat is unbearable for me and i've been crying almost every single day (got a bit of a break over the weekend). i can't leave the house when it's like this, i can't even be comfortable in the house or do normal hobbies or anything when it's like this. i'm spending most of my time alone. the only saving grace is that i've actually been sleeping well which i am so grateful for. i genuinely feel like i have no hope at all right now and i'm scared. anxiety hotline i contacted left me waiting for four hours no response the other day and i'm currently on hold again. ha ha
