So lately I've been trying to lose weight. REALLY try. Working out at the gym, weight loss shakes and even weight loss gummies. While I haven't been at it long I have felt a significant improvement in my body, mind and soul as a whole. I've stopped trying to lose weight for me. And started trying for God because I want to be able to run a mile for God. If God wills it and I can have kids I want to run and play with them. I feel more energized after working out. I feel better about myself as a whole. Tonight I was able to try two different machines that I was scared to do before and while I did them poorly I'm so happy I did it at all. When I look in the mirror I don't look like I've lost weight, but I look better. And lately I've been listening to more Christian music. I have some of my favorites thrown in my workout playlist and just that have done wonders to just make me think and thank God. I've also started reading the bible in chronological order and I'm sure that has helped to. My faith hasnt been where I want it to be. Bit that doesnt mean it's not good where it's at and I've had to come to terms with that. Doesnt mean stop improving. Just means stop forcing it.
