Has the belly been getting in the way of your workouts? It touching down the ground when doing pushups, your shirt rising with pullups, the belly squizing when doing situps
It's pretty much always on display when I'm doing pullups, bench or anything overhead. I don't even care now. I feel a bit of a squeeze on my lap in deep hip flexion like in squats. I would also use my gut as a platform to hoist a dumbbell overhead for tricep extensions (so it's helping actually!!). But it's not thaaat big yet lol
Progress over the last 4 months. I'm starting to get some baby stretch marks so the bulk is bulking i guess
Gorgeous bodyyy!
What's your go-to snack? 👀
chugging milk
Woahhhh that’s rlly looking like a pile of dough when ur sitting now… dude what’s happening to u?
Dude it's a normal thing when your abs are relaxed. When I stand up they're rock hard
Growing a little everyday
This is basic office ergonomics after eating your lunch at work (and two breakfasts and a snack)
Looking sooo much better, love how your belly pushes the waist band forward lol.
How are the boxer briefs feeling compared to when you started to try and gain?
I've gone in size from M/L to XXL over two years or so. Waistbands feel okay, they just get folded over by my belly sometimes lol. The real problem is that the trunks ride up my thighs or get really tight over the butt and pull in the groin. A lot of them ended up with holes in the crotch or they'd just get too uncomfortable down there.
Dude! Is it just me, or did you get even more fat?? That belly doesnt seem to stop expanding! I wonder how much more you weight now😮💨
95kg/210lbs these days. Idk what's going on man, I'm hungry most of the time but the scale just keeps creeping up and it's all going to my gut. Maybe I'm retaining water
Could you by chance show some pics if you sucking in shirtless and in a shirt? Sexy growing guy
This is best I can do, can't really hide those love handles haha
what's the kindest/nicest compliment you've got about you belly?
I don't get a lot of comments about it irl :(( I'm happy if anyone notices it at all
Ate too much again 😰
Sorry it it's too dumb to post here but today I found out that my tiddies are becoming prehensile
Omg I had these suit pants let out to the max last fall and could still wear them a few months ago. It feels like they might rip any moment now
Gained a few pounds
It's hard to believe I used to do cardio in those clothes lol
I don't mean this in a bad way. But do you ever feel bad about getting fat? Like do you miss the oppertunity to become fit or stayed lean? Your current build looks real good ok you, but I wonder if you have any regrets or doubts?
I would find it real scary to stop being skinny😅
Omg are you saying Im fat?? But seriously I've been skinny most of my life and I feel way better now. I don't even look that fat in normal clothes, just vaguely bigger. Also it shouldn't be hard to cut down if I ever change my mind cause my metabolism is still very healthy. Maybe I would start to get doubts if this weight would be affecting my health or my face would get too fat, but I'm not there yet. It's normal that people change their weight throughout their lives for various reasons so imo there's no reason to be (self-) judgemental about it.
