got super drunk last night and am now dealing with the aftereffects 🫠

sat in the bathroom until 5am just leaning over the toilet and holding my stomach because i felt so sick

sat in bed for another hour after that trying to decide if i needed to move back to the bathroom. finally fell asleep close to 6 😭

woke up 2.5 hours later with the worst stomach pain and ran to the bathroom but still didn't throw up

and now it's past 4pm and i keep getting waves of nausea and hot flashes every hour or so but no salivating so i know im not gonna puke and it just sucks

okay okay…. here is the video!! sorry about the bad angle + blurring … hehehe. 45 secs is where i actually start vomiting!! first part is just a lot of unsuccessful attempts at forcing it. then i vomit naturally.

i haven’t thrown up in.. 4 years? i’m honestly pretty scared of doing it myself. i got back to the hotel after drinking, and everyone else was asleep while i was shaking in the bathroom from 4-7am. i needed to throw up so badly that i kept drinking water and finally just ended up gagging myself, but even that wasn’t working!! i’ve always struggled with that for some reason? after the first part of this video i went and tried to lie down, but within 15 minutes i was running back to the bathroom to FINALLY throw up. and there we are!!

i did not throw up naturally :( but my partner did lmao hangover today isn't the worst but i do still feel like shit 🥴 i got her permission to record some audios but i'll have to ask if i can post them

my girlfriend threw up last night after we drank a bunch. unfortunately i was having a panic attack (completely unrelated) so i couldn't even enjoy it or be a good caretaker 💔💔 but i tried my best to rub her back and tell her she's okay. once i calmed down a bit she ended up throwing up again and couldn't stop gagging (it was v hot but i was still not feeling great emotionally sigh)

i also threw up this morning but it wasn't a lot. tasted so gross and burned my throat :( no audio or pic though sorry i'm feeling so awful today this is probably the worst hangover i've ever had 😭

edit: so we were really drunk last night and after like an hour of crying and several near-panic attacks i finally admitted i have emetophilia. she was super nice and understanding about it and really just was curious and wanted to learn more.

i told them what i could before passing out and then we talked about it more in the morning. they reassured me that she isn't judging me even though she knows i'm judging myself. they did their own research into the topic and asked me questions based on what she was reading about it.

she even said they might even wanna try it out in the future because i told them how much it turns me on (even though i told her i would NEVER force her to throw up for me or anything). overall feeling honestly a bit silly because i knew she wouldn't judge me and they reassured me it doesn't change anything about our relationship but yeah.

had 5 shots of vodka in an hour on a mostly empty stomach (whoops). started to feel sick but it wouldn't come up naturally so i used my fingers. felt a lot better afterwards

there's a lot more panting/spitting/heavy breathing than actual vomit but oh well. my mouth would Not stop salivating and my eyes were closed basically the whole time lol

did not taste as bad as i thought it would coming up! i was surprised

tbh this video is not my fave but whatever :P i think the sounds of my gags and the puke hitting the water are nice though

Part 1 ( had to trim the first recording I got into three parts because I was having a hard time posting it)

I didn't have much of an appetite all day, but I when I came home from work, I thought it would be a good idea to try to get some supper in me. I made a packet of ramen and felt so full after eating it... I knew I made the wrong choice. A little over an hour later it all came back up again. I was so sick, throwing up into a bread bag. And it just kept coming to! By the second and third part I kept trying to move to stop the recording but every little motion started me throwing up again. I think you can tell how exhausted my body was getting towards the end of it.

I felt like vomiting on the floor, so I did. I needed my fingers to start but there where a few gushes that came out by themselves after that. Felt amazing. 🩷
