Silver looked at Platinum straight in the eye. “I burned the book.” Silver replied. Probably not the best thing to say…

"Burned a book? What book?" She asked rather curiously, thinking for reasons that will make her senior do something like that.

"A book that would have helped against some weird thing. I don't know really. Couldn't read it so I burned it. I just like burning things I don't understand." Silver explained.

"Pearl… please do not say that of him. I was far worse. Pearl provided more entertainment than me, a mere little girl who has both legs and a hand missing. I should have died instead of him."

Silver just shrugged his shoulders. He closed his eyes before sighing. "I don't know. I just don't know. I'm trying to put reasons that make sense and make Pearl's death not as bad as it was... I'm horrible at this. I suck at pretending... I'm sorry Platinum... Maybe we should just stop."

Maybe what the Chairman did was a favour. Maybe the Chairman just ended his suffering... I'm not trying to justify anything the Chairman did but it could be totally seen as that."
