The temperature isn’t just rising outside; it’s rising within too. When the heat rises, so can frustration, irritation, and reactive responses.
The difference between calm and conflict is often the 𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 in between.
𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀: ❄️ Don’t reply when you’re irritated - pause first, respond later ❄️ Step away for 2 minutes before a small issue turns into a bigger one ❄️ Cool your body first - drink water, wash your face, take a short walk
This summer don’t let the moment overheat.

• 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁- reducing screens, noise and stimulation
• 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁- reconnecting with purpose beyond daily tasks
Rest isn't one size fits all. True recovery means knowing which kind you need. 🌿
