Disclaimer - The furniture placed is set with base game items to show the layout and design of the HGTV home, and is decorated according to pictures, so this is not a fully furnished ready-to-play house.

bb.moveobjects and testingcheatsenabled cheats were used for the outdoor plants and other things around the house, therefore, make sure your game is fully updated before downloading.

TO INSTALL - Install the building and furniture cc, download all 7 files and place them in your tray folder (documents -> Electronic Arts -> Tray). This should make the lot appear in your library. The download does not come with cc, so you have to have the cc downloaded and in the Mods folder before placing the lot from your library.

Home of the Noble Elves of Sylvan Glades. This house is very CC heavy (I’m sorry!) but I’ve made sure to include links to all that lovely cc. There may be a few things missing.
