I don't understand how and when the photo of Simon and Alisha in Las Vegas was taken?

It was never shown but it was implied (and through character tweets) that Simon/Alisha went to Vegas in the time between S2 and S3, right before the Vegas webisode with Nathan and Marnie. I think we’re to assume that Simon/Alisha had planned a fun holiday on their own and Nathan/Marnie/Nathan jr decided to tag along.

Yeah, that’s pretty normal. It’s been YEARS later since I watched the S3 finale and I’m still bitter and cry about it at random times whenever they show up on my dash unexpectedly. *hugs*
