Nigel's an adult now, and he's just about settled into adulthood with grace. His wife loves him like it they'd just met each other yesterday, his kids are developing into their own people, and he's become quite the smuggler! He and Hondo have made thousands of credits and Simoleans swindling and smuggling questionable goods across the galaxy. All while he's still kinda playing "the Friendly Neighborhood Dad". Has he missed some of those key milestones? Sure, but at least he's providing for his family.

Even in their late 30s, Nigel and Chrys love each other to death. It's super cute that, between their space missions, they make time for each other.

An update on the twins! Dove and Ashe have aged up from toddlers to kids and they couldn't be more different from each other. Despite their similar appearances, Dove is quite the girly girl who strives to be the "perfect child". Meanwhile, Ashe is the cool, quiet tomboy who'd rather play with the neighborhood stray dogs. They both get great grades, but seem to be developing a strange sibling rivalry...more specifically, Dove seems to have a one sided sibling rivalry against Ashe!

Yall OMG the twins are adorable! Soon after her successful mission on Batuu and Nigel's promotion, the couple had twin baby girls. Dove, the eldest of the two, has Nigel's playful, outgoing personality already. Meanwhile, Ashe seems to be more reserved like Chrys. Either way, the couple are very excited to be new parents!

Chrys had to run a renegade mission on Batuu to prove her skill as an intergalactic diplomat. It was largely successful, though she seems to be showing a strong favoritism towards the Resistance.

Journey to Batuu...

Ready for an unpopular opinion that no one asked for? Journey to Batuu didn't deserve all the hate that it got/still gets (plz don't hate me, hear me out).

Was it a money grab? Yes, that part is obvious.

Was it what the community asked for? No, not really.

Did it make up for the fact that we don't have basegame cars, apartments, special elder sims actions, etc? No, of course not!

BUT, it has enhanced my gameplay with the Astronaut Career in the Base Game as well as my gameplay with aliens in Get to Work. Now, my astronauts can have a relatively "active" career, traveling back and forth between Sixam and Batuu. It may not be a pack I can use all the time, but many gameplay packs like Batuu (Vampires, Werewolves, Strangerville, Get Famous, Withces, etc) are also limited in face-value gameplay. What you do with them afterwards is up to you.

Honestly, in my opinion, the only released pack that is actually horrible is My Wedding Stories (since it doesn't really work).

Nigel, you sly dog! He's been working as a smuggler the whole time Chrys was in College so he could have the money to buy an engagement ring! How sweet! Though, it doesn't seem like the smuggler life is too much for this confident (cocky?) boy!

Chrysanthemum (who goes by Chrys now) has finally graduated high school and will soon be graduating university with a degree in Aerospace Engineering! Nigel is super proud of his girlfriend.

Russell and Raphael went to the cemetery to leave flowers for the family. Secretly, Raphael asked Julep, Margarita and Tyrone for their blessing to marry Russell someday.

Gen 3: The Space Explorer

Ok, so I haven't really started playing with Chrysanthemum (Chrys) yet, but I think I may take some extra time to play with her in the Journey to Batuu Pack? I know a lot of people don't like that one, but I'm a nerd, I love Star Wars, and when else am I gonna have a sim fit to end up in Batuu?? Lol, anyways here's Chrys right now (she's like...10, 11 years old still?)...stay tuned, I'll be updating this post once she becomes a teenager!

She really only has one friend that's her age right now (lol) poor baby. 🪐

GEN 2 The Politician

Name: Russell Berrymore

Pronouns: He/Him

Despite losing his father at a very young age, Russell had everything he could ever want as a child. Even so, he always longing for more, and questioned his purpose in life. Entering the world of politics was tricky, but after some ahem questionable work relationships, he climbed his way up as a beloved charity organizer! Sadly, after a one night stand, he ended up forced into an engagement, despite realizing he's actually gay. To give his daughter a better life, he left her with Nana Julep and Grandma Margie until she was a toddler and nearly worked himself to death building a better life for the two of them.

Now, he's finally found happiness, with his husband, a beautiful penthouse apartment in Uptown San Myshuno, NY, and is trying to rebuild his relationship with Chrysanthemum, though he's quietly quite an awkward parent.

Known For: Raising over 20,000 Simoleons for the World United project, which works to protect and assist Sims who need paternity or maternity care and education.

GEN 1: The Scientist

Name: Julep Berrymore-Carmona

Pronouns: They/Them

Julep Berrymore was a famous scientist from Oasis Springs, UT. They loved to get up to mischief with their kids and friends, and could have been considered a workaholic. However, upon getting to know them, one quickly realizes they are a family-focused sim who loves silly pranks and outings with your closest friends. They love luxury and want the best for yourself and your family. Despite losing their first partner and having a miscarriage, they mannaged to push through life with a smirk on their face and a trick up their sleeve.

In their old age, they retired to spend the rest of their happy life in Florida with Margie, but ended up staying in Utah to help Russell raise Chrysanthemum. While it wasn't how they expected to spend their retired time, they loved telling their granddaughter stories of Sixam and showing her all the constellations.

Known For: Discovering the Periodic Table of Elements, Inventing various devices, including the wormhole to Sixam.

Welcome to my Not So Berry Save, with all my sims and their crazy lives! I figured, with the help of The Sims Tree and me trying to keep up with my little family, I can share my gameplay! Also, this is my 5th attempt to play the Berrymore Family (I always give up when I can't discover all those dang elements).
