Change your passwords, there was a bout of fraudulent charges on EA.

There was a round of passwords and email login info hacked into on Origin / EA and mine got broken into on 12/30/2014 - it says 12/31/14 because the MoFo who charged farcry and assassins creed to my account did so from another country... Geneva apparently. So If it has been a while since you changed your password, do it now. Also, disconnect your payment if necessary, and definitely add two factor authentication.

Luckily, the idiot who did mine couldnt figure out how to change my security question. Some have not been so lucky and have had to give up their accounts.

I called the bank and it was very easy to resolve due to it being from out of the country. The Completed changed to failed on EA, and Their hold time is 700 minutes...... so it looks like I wont be calling them to tell them sorry for the fraudulent charge and sorry this dude got two games for free.

If this has happened to you, get on resolving it with your card company first because that 700 minute wait time is not worth it. Tell everyone to up the security on their origin accounts.
