Lila sat up in her bed with a yelp. The dream had gone, but a sense of dread held strong throughout her. Every dream, every nightmare, made it harder for Lila to fall back asleep. Rubbing at her eyes she, tried to calm what nerves she had left. All of it started to happen not long after she met Lo, but the correlation between the two refused to enter her realization or common sense. All she could think at the time was how much she missed him and wished he were there to offer any bit of comfort she could get her hands on.

But she knew she had to solve this puzzle one way or another, if she ever wanted to get a decent night sleep again, that is.
