When #NationalZinfandelDay coincides with #wineWednesday and it was also just recently a #newmoon … This Cabana Winery ‘16 Zinfandel held up surprisingly well during aging [black raspberry purée, blackcurrant foam, smoked boysenberries, hints of cracked black, red and pink cracked peppercorn medley with notes of macerated Korean red apple and reduced balsamic syrup] was perfection for a cloudy, chilly fall day.
