A gaggle of geese were sat in the perfect frame and I messed it up by having the wrong camera and terrible shooting skills, ah well.
Miserden House, Gloucestershire
Spent a couple of hours in Miserden House gardens, expensive, not really worth £7.50 entry each but did get one or two nice shots so you decide.
Stonehenge in June, it was a bank holiday and it was the busiest I have ever seen a Prehistoric place and hot as hell. Always amazing to visit though, don't forget to see the rest of the Salisbury landscape as well.

Frolicking
Got the local woods to myself, it was quite tranquil.
March pictures, fairly dreary stuff, I do however love the deer tracks who create little lanes which they follow through the wood.
Waylands Smithy, a Neolithic long barrow 5,500 years or so old. A lovely walk through the Oxfordshire countryside to get to this prehistoric gem and well worth a visit. It is a shame that the site is eroding so I would encourage anyone walking to the site to stay off the grass and perhaps even out of the monument itself.
