Swinging your arms is cute if you’re going for an ageplay aesthetic, but for a dutiful sissy maid there’s really only 3 hands-free walking positions. 1. Handcuffed to a spreader bar across the shoulders, a la The Secretary, 2. Demurely folded in front of you (head bowed), or 3. Arms straight, on a slight diagonal so as not to ruin the line of your dress, palms face down, fingers straight. These are unnatural hand/arm positions when walking, which is the point. You are not a carefree girl or a confident woman. You are a poised, posed and perfectly trained sissy.
For steps, you are doing a great job in heels but lets talk about stride length. Think about whether you want to accentuate your womanliness or your sissiness. Do you want to be real or hyper-real? If the latter then take smaller, more mincing steps. Using some ankle cuffs will help you with stride length initially, alternatively you might invest in an ankle length hobble skirt. Once you have this down then speed up. Imagine your confident mistress or master striding purposefully ahead, you will need to take quick little mincing steps to keep up and maintain your ‘5 metres behind’ position. Your hair, bows, tits, and skirts will bounce. Your jewellery will jingle and catch the light and the click-clack of your heels will be even more audible. Everything about you will be even more eye catching when you are simpering and mincing outside of your natural walking pace.
