Do you already have your Level 1 qualification and are now ready to take your qualification and training to the next level? Then SITCo’s 5-week Level 2 only course is for you.

You may already have your Level 1 qualification from New Zealand, or perhaps from the UK, Canada or the US. If you have a Level 1 qualification from overseas, don’t hesitate to get in touch and we’ll confirm if you are eligible to move on to the NZSIA Level 2.

10 week Ski Instructor Course

Develop your skills, find your tribe and spend a winter in Queenstown, one of the world’s best ski towns.

SITCo’s 10-week instructor training course is a life-changing experience. You will advance your skiing with technical advice and input, have loads of fun and gain an internationally recognised qualification while you do it.

The course is designed to help you fulfil your potential as a skier and as a ski instructor. On successful completion of the 10-week ski course, you will train for the NZSIA Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications.

Here is what Mike as to say - "Twelve years ago I was a postman in the UK. I had been working long, dispiriting hours for 17 years. Then I travelled to Queenstown and took my place on the SITCo course to become a qualified instructor. The photo shows my full cert training group and myself, on the mountain I have called my 'office' for the last dozen years. Even in a low snow year, my job is a million times more rewarding and fun than even the best week at the Post Office. I can't thank Gavin McAuliffe and Colin Tanner and their team enough for changing my life around. I thank them every single day. Cheers guys! Here's to another 12 years of fun and adventure. If you are contemplating doing their course, don't even think about it; just do it! You won't regret a moment. :) Mike."
